Loan Processor must be licensed. Will assume responsibility for the meticulous oversight of documentation and the submission procedures pertaining to residential mortgage loans. They serve as the primary liaison connecting the borrower, real estate agent, mortgage loan officer, and mortgage underwriter, facilitating communication from the loan's inception through the completion of the mortgage transaction.
